Our selling and trade in process is easy as can be. Follow the steps below to sell your fine acoustic instrument to us. We make it easy to get cash fast. Often times cash can be in your account the same day.

Step 1: The Offer

Send us an email with the following information:

EXAMPLE:

Make:	Gibson
Model:	F9
Year:	2014
Any Issues:	Pick scratches on front treble side.
Sell or Trade In?	I would like to sell for cash.
Attach Images:	Please attach clear quality photographs to the email so we can get a good look at it.

 

We will respond with a cash offer within 24 hours. If you agree to the price we will move to step 2.

 

Step 2: Shipping

We will ship you a custom made shipping box to your address. You will then simply package the instrument into the box, apply the pre-paid shipping sticker to the box, and then drop it off at your nearest shipping center. 

 

Frequently Asked Questions:

 How do I get paid? 

When we submit your offer to you, you will have the option to choose your payout method. We will payout 1/2 of the price before shipping you the shipping box. We will pay out the remaining balance when we receive the instrument. 

For example: If you are selling us a mandolin, and we agree on the price of $1,500 you will receive $750 immediately following the agreement, and the remaining $750 when the instrument is received.
